PLEASE ISSUE ME WITH A MANUFACTURING AUTHORIZATION LETTER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY  FOR LAPTOPS, PRINTERS AND TONERS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES FOR A GOVERNMENT TENDER.

 

>Do not include the product serial number, any case numbers, or any private information like Email or Phone Number<.

You probably after GEM

 

Using the Community Search >here< for the keyword GEM finds all these other posts with mainly the same reply.

 

Please check here https://partner.hp.com/login

 

You can start the partner application process from there. If you are already a partner, you should have an HP partner rep with whom you could work on programs like GEM.
