Hi,
It is a CTO machine therefore no avialable specs but the following machine does have internal microphone

Please try the following steps to enable it (if available):
(a) Right click speaker icon,
(b) Select Recording devices,
(c) Right click Microphone and Enable.

Hi,
What is your HP Omni 200 All-In-One ? Must be HP Omni 200-something. Please check a label at its back. The following one shows one model and this model does not have internal microphone, only a jack to plug in an external microphone:
