I just setup this PC a few days ago and have been going through and updating, however no matter what I do I cant download any applications. I first tried iTunes, as I had an immediate need to- and was met with a very vague message about the application not being compatible with my hardware. I have since found that every application shows the same error. It doesn't seem to be an issue with my OS, or any settings/billing info, which leaves what...?
Help please?

Hi @Schmrdty
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Microsoft Store issue.
Let's try these steps -
Step 1 Reset the Microsoft Store cache -
Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.
Step 2 Windows Update -
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.
Step 3 Update Microsoft Store -
Select the Start button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
