Product: HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-4000i RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My desktop is missing items in Start my other HP computers have, such as HP Hotley Support and HP System Information.  I wasn't able to find those on my system page (https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/hp-envy-desktop-pc-te01-4000i/model/2101482674?sku=6V9T7AV&seri...).  Would appreciate advice.

Hotkey Support these are controllers that are used specifically in the business line of notebook models. HP System Information  you can download from here

Thank you, Resistencia.  I installed HP System Information at the MS Store but strangely the output is very information-less.  Might you have a suggestion as to why?

press the fn + ESC key and see if the program opens.

Maybe it is not compatible with this software that is why it is not offered, I can only recommend you to re-install the software, uninstall and install,
