Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q110na (Touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a problem with the Pav 23-q110na and lost the graphics driver - it now says it is just a basic windows driver.

It initially said it was an AMD R6 Graphics device. Unable to locate on HP website and downloading detection software from AMD fails.

Thanks Paul, I tried that but just get a blue screen acpi bios error when I try it.

Suspect I need a BIOS update but cannot find one.

System Board is 2B44 Bios is COM VA0.01

Yes, I have read several posts lately where that is happening to other forum members with the same model.

 

Unfortunately, there isn't a BIOS update I could find for that SSID.
