Hello,

 

Just some advice please.

I have an HP Wave and am looking for a Monitor. However, I believe that I can use a Smart TV instead of a Monitor. Is that correct and if so what are the requirments and any suggestions would be welcome.

Most of the TV's sold today support computers and you suggest you purchase the TV based on your requirements.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

You can connect the HP wave to a Smart TV instead of a monitor and all you need is a TV and the HDMI cable to connect it.

Oh ok.

Thank you for your reply.

I read that not all Smart TV's are capable, that some are far better than others 

I just wondered if a particular model was recommended above others
