HP Pavilion all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a new Pavilion All-In-One about one montha go. Mouse initially worked fine but then started to randomly freeze. Then it would return, maybe 10 minutes later. Now it doesn't work at all. Completely gone.

I have changed the batteries.

I have re-installed the BlueTooth mouse/keyboard successfully.

The drives are up-to-date per HP's internal diagnostics (or Windows). Not sure who ran the diagnostic.

I cannot rollback the drivers.

As an aside, the warranty on this unit expired about 4 months BEFORE I purchased this unit from HP. Any comments on why this would be?

Thanks.

Seth
