Product: HP Pro x360 435 13.3 inch G9 Notebook PC (58G33AV)

 Recently, my front facing camera hasn't been registering. When I try to use facial recognition, it's unable to find it. It's not in the camera app or in listed camera devices on device manager. The little shutter thing is open. I have no privacy switch. The red light doesn't turn on either. How do I get it working again?

 

Fyi, things like system configuration and device manager changes are disabled for me as I'm not an administrator. Just a note
