HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-0030

I've looked at other posts for a solution, a lot of them were solved for the user, but it wasn't a solution for me.

I've already copied the BIOS image onto my USB and everything whilst following the official HP tutorial, but when I press F2 to get into my hardware diagnostic (Latest version), there is no "Firmware Management" option. In other posts, people have fixed it by either updating their hardware diagnostics to the latest version, which I already did. Or by pressing down their power button and holding Windows + B whilst the formatted USB inserted, but it didn't work for me. I only want to upgrade my BIOS via USB, so updating it with windows is not a solution to my problem.

Apologies if my post is in the incorrect category or something, first time making a posthpdia.jpg

Your tg01-0030 has ROM SSID of 8643

The latest bios is F.44

where did you obtain the F.45 bios?  From an HP site?

what problem was the F.45 supposed to fix?

I don't really remember, but I got it from HP Support Assistant I'm pre sure, maybe it's not a 0030, anyways lets say I want to downgrade the bios version to a different one via usb?
