No audio when it has built in speakers?

Just purchased this computer and it arrived on 01-3-23. It supposedly has B&O speakers built in, however the speakers do not work, nor can I find it listed. It keeps telling me there is No speakers connected. How do I get them to work. I do not feel I should have to have a separate speaker for a new computer. It is also telling me the warranty expired on 7/24/22 when I just purchased this on 12-27-22😠
