Hi!

The Command Center opens absolutely fine, but it doesn't display any of GPU, CPU or Memory usage, as well as the network connection. It has been little more than a half year now since I got the laptop and I've been updating a lot of outdated drivers recently and the operating system is up to date, so I wonder if it could be any of these or could it be some other software which causing these problems? The Command Center is up to date.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Try uninstalling Omen Command Center (OCC). Restart the system.

Then reinstall the latest version of OCC again.

Run a System File Check (Link) to look for corrupted system files.

Regards
