Omen Control for Hp Omen 870-224 wont change the lighting on the front

So recently I've noticed my lighting went into cycle mode in which i then tried to change the color with Omen Control, only to find out it did nothing. Anyone know how to fix this problem ?

Sadly didn't work for me, i recovered both and still just cycles LED lights

Nevermind !!! it worked, i had to recover both at the SAME time then restart pc... THANK YOU SO MUCH

Well, it did work (and still does) for me and few other people that enquired about it.

Did you restart your PC after these changes have been made?
