In my report from performance monitor I get the error which direct me to drivers of some devices:

Integrated PS/2 Keyboard drivers: ID Plug and Play of this device: ACPI\HPQ8002\4-12567DB6-0.

And second one:

ID Plug and Play of this device: ACPI\PNP0F13\4-12567DB6-0.

In my Device list I can’t find of those two device. Please help!

Please update BIOS, Chipset & HP PS2 Slim Keyboard Applet, link below:

If issue persist try restore / re-install Operating system.

try the driver from the link below

you could also try to update the BIOS on the PC
