Problem with Omen Command Center download

I am trying to download omen command center. It has been downloaded on my computer, but when i start the program it wants me to uptade my bios. So i did that. Now nothing happens. When i start the program it wants me to update the exact same update again.

1) May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
