Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A recent Windows 10 Update caused a loss of internet connection functionality which, in turn, required a re-installation of the Windows 10 Operating System.  That caused me to lose, and have to re-install, many of my programs.  One of those "lost" programs was the CyberLink Power Media Player that was included in my delivered desktop.

 

I tried asking CyberLink to replace the software but the directed me to HP saying that "it is considered OEM software that has limited features and is customized based on your hardware manufacturer's specification."

 

Please advise how I can get the program replaced.
