And how can I tell if I can insert an m2 disk with an M or B or M+B key? As far as I know, the laptop I mentioned has an M2 key M

NVMe SSD'S have one notch, such as the Samsung 980, or the Western Digital Blue SN570.

and what mounting kit is best for this M.2 drive, thickness, etc." and for this laptop model

You don't need anything to install the SSD.

Chapter 5 of the service manual has the procedure to remove and replace a NVMe SSD.

Just make sure the SSD you buy is single-sided meaning the memory chips are on one side of the circuit board, not both.

Almost all M.2 NVMe SSDs are single sided that are 2 TB or less in storage capacity.

Recommended models:  Samsung 980 (not 980 Pro), Western Digital Blue SN570.
