HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0685no

I have purchased 16 gb ram which should run at 3200 mhz with timings of 14 however as it is shown that is nowhere near what i am getting even though the motherboard should support it.

Hello, it is strange because this frequency not exist for DDR4... What is the frequency indicated by CPU-Z with your original memory??

You don't have keep your original memory for try? That can be a good test for know the source of your problem.
