RAM problems

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0685no

I have purchased 16 gb ram which should run at 3200 mhz with timings of 14 however as it is shown that is nowhere near what i am getting even though the motherboard should support it.

Can anyone help with this issue? ram.PNGram2.PNG
