I FINALLY have the Support Assistant working after uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. I'm not a computer dummy, but this issue has become intolerable! The Realtek HD Card Reader will not install. It downloads, but install fails. I have sent multiple messages to HP and have had no response. This is a brand new computer. These issues should not exist. My email is on file. Please email me with a way to correct this.

Sorry, what is your machine, we can't send you a wrong one.

This is the HP Pavilion 590-p0024 64 bit. The support assistant should have the correct one when it downloads. This has been a problem with several updates. I will be out of town for the next two weeks. This is my last stop before shutting the computer down until then.
