Hey team,
I was working with Microsoft office 2019.This was lifetime access. But when I upgraded to Microsoft office 365 , then my license is not working and they are asking for the purchase.
Kindly help!

Yes, you have to BUY it and you have to pay more for license every year (I believe you can buy 3 year contract) Office 2019. It is much better to ask Microsoft than HP because Microsoft Office product is from Microsoft.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.

You can't really "upgrade" from Office 2019 to Office 365 -- and keep the same license. The first is a permanent license; the second is ONLY subscription. You can not transfer the license from the first to the second.
If this was mine, I would uninstall Office 365 and reinstall Office 2019 -- but that is your call.
