I renewed my McAFEE Total Protection and I keep getting a must renew status.

@CWJ_02-16  You need to contact McAfee about their product issues.

 

Assuming you have Windows 10:

Here is a link that might help you get started...  You see an alert that your subscription has expired

  1. On there, click on: I have recently renewed or purchased a subscription, so the expiry message is incorrect.
  2. Then click on: On my PC
