I hope this message finds you well. My name Ofentse Kgatlhego  from Botswana , and I represent <personal information removed>, an ICT company Data Networks (Pty) Ltd . We are writing to request a Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) for BOCA UASF.

We are participating in a significant tender issued by the  Parastatal, which involves the procurement of IT desktop computers , laptops, Smart Board Screen and associated peripherals for Three Primary Schools

The Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) is a mandatory document for the tender submission, and it confirms that <personal information removed> is officially authorized to supply and support HP products. Without this document, we will not be eligible to offer HP’s solutions for this project. Kindly assist
