- So I've been trying to get support for a few weeks now. Finally it's now. Finally after sending me replacement wires trying to fix my printer that's it works they finally opened up a claim.. Said they were going to send me a return label. Never did and now my printer is not warranty anymore and nobody can help me but it can help me. How do I get the return label? Cause I have an active open claim

@nicolegallese -- since the warranty-related claim was started when the printer's warranty was still active, your printer should still be covered. Since you have been in contact with HP, contact them again.
