HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-k0003na
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I have just purchased a Selore & S-Global Hub, when I try to use it to connect my 2 HDMI monitors, a message pops up as soon as I plug the HDMI cable into the  hub saying "Display connection might be limited" and when I try to get it to detect other displays, it can't seem to find any other display. I have followed all the instructions, but still no joy. I have a HP Pavilion All In One Desktop. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Not all USB-C ports are the same, your machine is not compatible with your Selore& S Global USB-C Hub. The USB-C port on your machine does NOT support Alt mode (no video out).
