HP Recommended
Product: HP Z4 G4 Workstation IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
As you can see from the product listed the serial number on the HP Z840 I just purchased used from a seller on ebay. Serial number (checked) returns to a HP Z4 G4 Workstation IDS Base Model.
I am assuming some IT support guy applied the incorrect label at sometime in the past.
How can I find the correct serial and apply it to my HP account so I get the correct drivers support ?
thanks
