Try msiexec.exe /x {05F81C27-62A5-4A0C-8519-60CB66CF87C6} /quiet

Sorry, that did not work, same results.  Prompts to save personal settings.

Last Thing I Would Suggest Is To Try Using The /qn Switch

Example:

msiexec /x {[Package Name | Product Code]} /qn

Did you figure this out?  I'm having same problem.

I got this from HP Support. I tried it and it worked without user intervention:\

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\HP Support Framework\UninstallHPSA.exe" /s /v /qn

Hope it helps! Even though this post is from 2017
