I have alway the same new message in the mailbox after starting the support assistant. The frame of the computer above is yellow an the "new" message is: "Do you have problems with the performance?". I delete this message, it is deleted but after a now start of the the support assistant it is the same useless information.

Deleting those message works fine on my Z400 with HPSA version 9.39.17.0
I did read them first and then deleted them.

Was the version number in Germany the same as the USA one:?

I just brought up my z400 and the message are not there so my version is working.
What I did was i clicked on each message and read it. The blue indicator turned off.
I then deleted the message.
There were no message in the unread tab and when I went back to the all tab the messages were gone also.
The archive tab showed all the messages which was expected.
I rebooted and nothing was changed: There were no message in the All nor in the Unread
Only the archive had messages.
From past experience there are differences between HPSA for different countries.
on 9/05/2024 I had version 9.37.11 and the HP download had only 9.33 and I had no idea where I got 9.37
that link to the German version of HPSA does not work for me.
