Hi @İbrahim382,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code "-3" in the HP Support Solutions Framework (HPSF) typically points to a problem with installation or runtime configuration. Here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Ensure Compatibility
- Verify that the version of HPSupportSolutionsFramework-13.0.1.131 is compatible with your Windows version and architecture (e.g., 64-bit or 32-bit).
- If unsure, download the latest version from the HP official support site.
Check for Corruption
- Uninstall Previous Version:
- Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
- Locate the HP Support Solutions Framework, uninstall it, and restart your laptop.
- Reinstall the Framework:
- Download the latest installer from the HP website.
- Run the installer as an administrator by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.
Verify Dependencies
- Ensure that the necessary Windows components are up-to-date:
- .NET Framework: Install or update the latest version from Microsoft's website.
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables: Install the latest packages for both x64 and x86.
Check Firewall and Antivirus
- Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software and try running the installer again.
- If successful, add the HPSF application to the allowed list in your firewall/antivirus software.
Clean Temporary Files
- Press Win + R, type temp, and delete all files in the folder.
- Repeat with %temp%.
- Run Disk Cleanup:
- Search for it in the Start menu, select your drive, and clean system files.
Use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (Optional)
- If the issue persists, download and run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from the HP website to check for broader system issues.

Update Windows
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install all pending updates.
Try a Clean Boot
- Perform a clean boot to eliminate startup conflicts:
- Press Win + R, type msconfig, and hit Enter.
- Go to the Services tab, check Hide all Microsoft services, and click Disable all.
- Go to the Startup tab, click Open Task Manager, and disable all startup items.
- Restart and try running the installer again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
