Hey this place is a maze to find your way round, I suppose I'm doing it all wrong again.
Anyway, I bought a brand new All in one, listed above PC 27-cb1000i when I try to play TSW2 and it keeps faulting and showing "LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0020 - 'INTERNAL_ERROR')"
The game plays on every other PC I have tried. I think the Intel(R) UHD Graphics card is faulty, any ideas please apart from sending me off to another page?
Thank You

@jetgriff
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
