Purchased a new HP all-in-one desktop computer and am trying to install my Zebra LP 2844 Label Printer. The new computer is HP All-in-One 24-f0157c running Windows 10. I've installed the LP2844 successfully on multiple other computers and am getting nowhere with this one. I have tried connecting the LP2844 with both a USB printer cable and a USB serial cable. One issue is that I can't find what ports correspond to the USBs on the back of the all-in-one. I have tried the Zebra Setup Utilities for the drivers, which has always worked before. I can't let Windows install the correct drivers as it does not recognize that the printer is there.
Has anybody out there successfully installed an LP2844 to their HP all-in-one?

That unit has USB ports on the back. The keyboard and mouse are USB.
Depending on model, you unit has (2) USB2.0 and (2) USB 3.1

Yes, I was aware that the HP all-in-one has those USBs. I have tried both printer and serial USB cables to connect the printer to the pc and I have tried different USBs on the pc to no avail. One of the problems I am running into is that the zebra setup utilities software requires me to state what port I'm connecting to on the pc, e.g., com1, com2, lpt1, etc. I can find no information anywhere (I downloaded and checked the user manual on the hp site) that tells me what port numbers those USBs are.

Hope you will now have an understanding of those ports:
LPT Parallel ports
Com Serial ports
USB001 Virtual Port for Printer
USB002 Virtual port for Fax
I plug my printer into any USB port, and it is USB001
