The error message indicates either a problem with the port or the device quote
"Please use another U5B device end re-test again following the on screen steps" Since the USB flash drives work OK then the dongles may have a problem.
I am thinking there is a problem with one of the dongles or a device using the dongle.
Your M702 mouse uses the Logitech universal receiver which can handle two or more devices.
Our expert @Prométhée recommends replacing the HP keyboard with a Logitech so only one USB port is needed as suggested here:

I recommend you immediately obtain a USB3 powered hub and use it with the USB3 port at the bottom.
