Product: HP Pavilion x360 Conv
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am told I need to install HP 3D DriveGuard Software (HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection) However, when I have tried to install it, I always get a message that reads "Failed Installation".

I don't know what is your HP Pavilion x360 Conv. Does it have sensor to support 3D Drive Guard ? Please try to download and install:

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85001-85500/sp85435.exe

Thank you for your timely reponse; I installed this https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85001-85500/sp85435.exe but it did not work.

 

After trying it again, my issue was resolved.
