I have an HP laptop Pavilion (2019) that I had a standalone version of Microsoft Office loaded on.  I uninstalled Microsoft Office by mistake.  It was before subscriptions so it is not showing in my Microsoft account.  Is there anyway to get it back?  Windows 10.  There was not a board for Windows 10 so posting here.

Office 2016 and later should be listed on you microsoft account.  Click "subscriptions" (not the > symbol) and scroll to the bottom for "Products you have purchased"

If you accidentally uninstalled Microsoft Office 2019 from your HP Pavilion and don't have it linked to a Microsoft account:

  1. Look for installation discs, USB drives, or emails with the product key for recovery.
  2. Contact Microsoft Support with purchase details for assistance in retrieving your product key.
  3. Check with the retailer from whom you purchased Office for possible replacements or support.
  4. Consider using free alternatives like LibreOffice or Google Docs temporarily, or purchase a new Office license if necessary.

The basic answer is NO -- there is no way to get it back.

It came bundled with the HP OEM version of Windows and they do not provide any separate downloads of MS Office.

You mentioned uninstalling it, so none of the keyfinder apps are going to find the key.

You did not tie it to your MS account, and being an OEM version, MS will not help you.

The only retailer involved is HP and I already mentioned they will not help you.
