Update bios su HP 8300 elite SFF

The windows bios update procedure doesn't finish and returns this error:

Hi:

The windows based flash is not supported for W10.

Use the F10 Flash System ROM method as set forth in the BIOS update instructions that open when you run the BIOS file download.

You will need a USB flash drive formatted with the FAT32 file system.

I also tried from Bios and also using an autostarting usb dos device, doesn't work !

It tells me that the image is incorrect.

What sp##### file are you using?

What is the BIOS revision?

Did you first update the BIOS to v02.99?

You have to be at v02.99 before flashing to any v03.xx.

This message is on the revision history notes...

If upgrading from a v02.xx to this version, v03.00, the user MUST FIRST FLASH TO v02.99.
If not, upgrading to v03.00 will be rejected.

I downloaded the BIOS file and disassembled it, and it looks fine to me.

It looks like any other BIOS file from that PC generation.

I also know that other forum members have flashed to that version and didn't have any issues with the file.

So, if you have flashed the BIOS to v02.99 and the v03.04 is failing, then unfortunately, I wouldn't know why that is happening to you.

Another thing, do you know what is the PLL chip model  (clock generator) of this motherboard ?

 I would like to try to raise the clock with setfsb.
