I have a fairly large family tree program that consists of 36000 people and 15 million KB but it is very slow to load and sometimes just pauses completely so that I have to use task manager to close it before I can try to open it again!

I found the solution it was my actual program causing it's own problem, so now I've fixed it.

Thank you for reaching out. Regarding the device being very slow on loading and sometimes not loading programs issue you’re experiencing.

 

Kindly review the instructions as below :

- please share specific details about the product that you are using like the name , model , serial number

- check for any specific programs causing the issue

- Perform UEFI Diagnostics from the bios menu to test all the hardware components , To Access - Esc > F2 
- Find all relevant guides and drivers from the support page here on best effort basis with the limited details that we have about the device  -

This will help us narrow down the cause and suggest the best fix.

Note : you would loose all your data of any kind present on the device while performing reset only if necessary , it is advised to backup everything before performing reset
