I'm running a hardware diagnostic via the HP Support Assistant. Second attempt & the video memory fast check sticks on 10%

it depends, on the use, and on what happens, when you say that it is slow..
If it is original, you only have 8gb of memory, an average processor CPU speed: 2.7 GHz (max turbo boost - 3.3 GHz)
the video card is not suitable for many games
but it is equipped with an ssd, on this side, it is better than an hdd
if you can remove the graphics card, and test, you may see if it actually changes anything..
what i think is that it doesn't help if it is damaged, but may not be the cause of all the problems
and try this
