What does HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - 1.79.4265.0 do?

Saying that it installs a driver doesn't say anything.

What changed?
What is being impacted?

What bug or defect was corrected?
Is this going to push another bios update?
Does this impact my PC or printer?

It appears to be an update to this driver...

 

HP Application Enabling Software Driver is a virtual driver that offers general custom capabilities utilized among HP applications after transferring to the Microsoft Store app with HSA architecture. 

 

You can find the device it updated by going to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the Software Components device manager category.

 

The device that got updated is the HP Application Enabling Services device.

 

If you click on the driver tab, you will see the driver version that just got installed.

 

That is all the information I can provide.
