Hi,

I recently bought an Omen 35L & as part of the initial setup, HP Support Assistant installed Bios version F.33. However if I run HP Hardware Diagnostics, it tells me that it doesn't match the correct version and it should be F.21..... this is also the same as the download website that says the only version available is F.21.

So, I'm a little confused as to which version I should be using. I don't really want to downgrade it from 33 to 21.

HPSA will, sometimes, push the latest BIOS update to a PC even though the PC's driver download site does not list the BIOS update.

There is no reason to attempt a BIOS rollback to BIOS version F.21 if your PC is working as expected.
