@Shreya158, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Missing WiFi and Bluetooth Options!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Check Device Manager:

  • Press Win + X and select Device Manager from the list.
  • Look for Network adapters and Bluetooth sections.
  • If the drivers are missing or have yellow exclamation marks, you may need to update or reinstall them.

Update Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads page to download the latest drivers for your laptop's model and Windows version.
  • Use the downloaded drivers to update the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers manually through Device Manager.

Enable Services:

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Ensure that Bluetooth Support Service is set to Automatic and is running.
  • Do the same for services related to WiFi.

Run Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
  • Run the Internet Connections and Bluetooth troubleshooters to diagnose and fix issues.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Make sure there are no pending Windows updates.
  • Sometimes a critical patch that has not been applied can cause hardware to not function correctly.

Restore Previous Windows Version:

  • If the issue persists, you can consider rolling back to the previous Windows version through Windows Settings.
  • Go to Settings > System > Recovery and select Go back under the Previous version of Windows.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
