Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP All in one 24-foo11 Windows 10 Home.  Will not allow any form to be filled out, off or on line. When starting to fill out, screen jumps back to previous page

This could be an application issue or a Browser issue.

 

So, you need to tell us in detail, HOW you are filling out these forms.  Are they something you are seeing online?  Are they PDF files that you are seeing online? Are they PDF files you have downloaded, and if so, what application are you then using? Are they Microsoft Word documents, and again, are those online or local?
