Well I've tried twice to upload a screen shot and it hasn't worked. 

 

Again, all one has to do is open word pad, insert a bunch of text (any text), and select all of the text, and change the font to Barnschrift Light at a size of 11 points. 

 

In any event, thanks for your help.

the font seems to be "Helvetica 10".
 
For me, Wordpad and MS word do not offer the option of the font named Bahnshrift Light.

I've corrected the problem by updating the Display Adapters drivers from the AMD Radeon website.
