hello, whenever i charge my hp victus it shows only red light and no white light even when its 100%

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you have the HP Victus charging light where it shows red even when its 100% and not turning to white. Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please try a BIOS Restore, this will help to resolve the issue, if not, we will try other steps on the PC, try and keep me posted.
BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK
