Hi:
This is the latest BIOS update for your PC:
8.21
HP Elite 7500 Microtower PC Software and Driver Details
It was written to be run using Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1.
If you are running W10 on your PC, I don't know what will happen, so if you can't install one of the supported operating systems, update the BIOS in W10 at your own risk.

No, that's the only file available.
You'd either have to install one of the supported operating systems or take your chances and hope the BIOS update goes fine on W10.
I don't have your model PC so I cannot tell you one way or the other what the results would be if you ran the BIOS update in W10.
It depends on how big of a gambler you are.
It also depends on why you want to update the BIOS.
Just to have the latest one, or to fix a problem that is addressed by a BIOS update?
To just have the latest BIOS update installed would not be a good reason to risk turning your PC into an expensive doorstop.

I WANTED TO ENABLE MY VT SETTING AND TO DO THAT I SHOULD ENTER THE BIOS SETTING I TRIED ALL WAYS POSIBLE AND IT DID NOT WORK OUT . THEN I FOUND OUT THAT MY (BIOS AMI 7.15) IS 12 YEARS OLD SO UPDATING IT IS THE BEST OPTION .

If your PC's processor supports VT, shouldn't the BIOS setting be in the security menu?
I don't know what your PC's BIOS menu looks like, but if it looks like the one in the screenshot at the link below, that is where the setting is.
