It sounds like your HP Professor 1 wireless mouse isn't being detected by the HP Accessory Center. Here are a few steps to try:

  1. Check Connection – Make sure your mouse is properly connected via Bluetooth or the USB receiver. Try re-pairing it.
  2. Update Drivers – Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for your mouse model.
  3. Restart HP Accessory Center – Close and reopen the app, or reinstall it to ensure it's up to date.
  4. Try a Different USB Port – If you're using a USB receiver, plug it into another port.
  5. Check Compatibility – Ensure that your mouse is supported by the HP Accessory Center.
