There is not any context to your question.

 

In general,

The ONLY questions about email for which we could provide any answer would be related to ePrint, Sharing, Scan to Email, Scan to Notwork Folder, and related items.

 

For example,

There is little enough we can say about ePrint. 

ePrint is an automated service. 

Aside from following the rules, there is little you can do to impact the results.

OR

The question might be related to:

Add an email address to your HP Smart application for the purpose of sharing a print / document / image with a recipient via email.

 

Anything else "email" should probably be asked of your email provider.
