Hello again Paul
Do apologies for bother you again but I tried all the ways which you told me but with all this still nothing. Is continuous coming the HP PC hardware diagnostics and after again bootdevice not found......No W10 boot disk, no W7, no media application, nothing is working.
Maybe there is something else?
I don`t know what to do with him, I paid alot of money and is not working and I can not make him to work.
Thanks
Daniel

HI Paul
Thank you once again for your message.
I know that is frustrating but what should i do?
I was thinking maybe to go to a repair centre, or what you think to do? He is still keep his way, bootdevice not found and the hardware diagnostics.
What do you think?
Thank you very much.
Daniel

You're very welcome.
Since even the W10 installation disk you made didn't work, then I don't see that you have any other choice.
There is only one other thing that I know of you can try...
Use the cloud recovery client to make a bootable HP recovery drive.
This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud
