Hi:

 

Buy a USB SD card reader.  Insert your camera's SD card into the reader.

 

Something like this:

 

Amazon.com: Memory Card Reader, BENFEI 4in1 USB USB-C to SD Micro SD MS CF Card Reader Adapter Compa...

 

Plug the device into your PC's USB port and you can transfer the pictures to the PC that way.
