Hi
I ordered the smartfriend 1 year subscription yesterday after following the link from my laptop for the extended warrenty. I received the invoice this morning and realised my mistake. I would like to cancel this and receive a full refund. Please provide details of how I do this as the telephone number you have provided on my invoice is not working.

That is of no help at all. The website only shows how to apply for smartfriend services not cancel and refund them. The telephone number that is provided to contact smartfriend support is not manned, as i have tried calling for over a week now.
