i had reseted my laptop. i had lost my microsoft account . how can i activate my account

If you reset your Victus by HP 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop and lost access to your Microsoft account, you have a few options to recover and activate it:

 

 Try to Recover Your Microsoft Account

If you forgot your email or password, try to recover your account:

  • Go to Microsoft Account Recovery
  • Enter your email, phone number, or Skype ID
  • Follow the steps to reset your password

If you don’t remember your email:

  • Go to Microsoft's Username Recovery Page
  • Enter your phone number or backup email linked to your account
  • Microsoft will send you a recovery code

Use a Different Microsoft Account

If you can't recover your old account, you can:

 Activate Windows

If your laptop came with pre-activated Windows, it should automatically activate when you sign in with your Microsoft account.
To check:

  1. Open SettingsUpdate & Security → **Activation
  2. If it says Windows is activated with a digital license, you're good to go.
  3. If not, click Troubleshoot and follow the instructions.
