Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you reset your Victus by HP 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop and lost access to your Microsoft account, you have a few options to recover and activate it:
Try to Recover Your Microsoft Account
If you forgot your email or password, try to recover your account:
- Go to Microsoft Account Recovery
- Enter your email, phone number, or Skype ID
- Follow the steps to reset your password
If you don’t remember your email:
- Go to Microsoft's Username Recovery Page
- Enter your phone number or backup email linked to your account
- Microsoft will send you a recovery code
Use a Different Microsoft Account
If you can't recover your old account, you can:
- Sign in with another Microsoft account
- Create a new account at Microsoft Sign-up
Activate Windows
If your laptop came with pre-activated Windows, it should automatically activate when you sign in with your Microsoft account.
To check:
- Open Settings → Update & Security → **Activation
- If it says Windows is activated with a digital license, you're good to go.
- If not, click Troubleshoot and follow the instructions.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
